Thank you for help with reporting your scores using the QR code. Bill Cole on data entry thanks you even more!  Please, make sure your submission is confirmed before stepping away from your opponent.  If your scoresheet is showing a question mark, it means your submissions don’t match or are incomplete.  It is far easier to resolve this before your opponent has walked away. Stay until your score is verified.

Please place your phones on silent and face down on the table while you play. If your phone then makes a sound, call a director to verify as you place the phone on silent.  Player’s phones who continuously go off are considered disruptive to the tournament failure to silence them can be a Code of Conduct violation.

Please, clean up after yourself each game. Take the blank slip and throw it away before moving to the next round.

There is an error with the schedule today, a failure in the director’s copy and paste routine.  As we did yesterday, please return to the playing room at 2:15.  Announcements will begin at 2:25 with a start time of 2:35.

Directors who have signed up for the lunch meeting, you will receive a voucher (more like a meal ticket) to redeem at the concession stand.  The meeting will be held in the room behind the concession stand.
