Rules Update Introduce email service

Rules Update - New Rules Take Effect Sept. 24

The Rules Committee, chaired by Jan Cardia, has been hard at work for many months and have finished the most recent update to official SCRABBLE rules. These rules take effect on September 24, 2013.

New Email Service
