Dear NSC Players,
Before you know it, August will be here and time for our annual [[National SCRABBLE Championship]]. We are expecting a large crowd once again.

Registration closes July 30. Late registrations (at an increased rate) will only be allowed to even up divisions.

This year we have reinstated the Opening Night Reception.

We invite you to join us at 7:30PM Friday, August 8 at the Buffalo-Niagara Convention Center Ballroom.

This will be a perfect time to catch up with friends from near and far and a time to mix and mingle before the games begin.

Expect a evening of fun, food and chilled cocktails!

Tickets are $29 pp which includes heavy hors d'oeuvres and 2 drinks; cash bar thereafter.

Admission is free for NASPA Certified [[Directors]] and NASPA [[Life Membership|Life Members]].

Food will be served from 7:30-9:00. Fellowship will continue until approximately 10:30.

If you plan on attending and have not yet confirmed, please RSVP to nsc@scrabbleplayers.org before you "Shuffle Off to Buffalo". You can pay when you check in at the Tournament Desk. You will get your admission and drink tickets there.

All those who have confirmed and already paid will get your admission and drink tickets at the Tournament Desk as well.
